CONEXI REVIEWS & CONTENT POLICY

1. Purpose

Reviews help coaches make informed decisions and help CONEXI maintain marketplace quality.

Reviews must represent genuine experiences.

2. Genuine Reviews

A review must relate to a genuine experience with the Professional, Event or service being reviewed.

The reviewer must express their genuine opinion.

3. Prohibited Reviews

Users must not:

  • Submit fake reviews
  • Review themselves
  • Commission fake reviews
  • Purchase positive reviews
  • Create multiple accounts to manipulate ratings
  • Organise coordinated rating manipulation
  • Publish knowingly false claims
  • Submit a review about an experience which did not occur

4. Incentives

CONEXI does not permit an incentive to be conditional upon a review being positive.

Where an incentivised review is otherwise permitted, the incentive must be disclosed appropriately.

5. Negative Reviews

A review will not be removed merely because it is negative or because the Professional disagrees with it.

Critical reviews may remain published where they comply with this policy.

6. Review Content

Reviews must not contain:

  • Threats
  • Harassment
  • Unlawful discriminatory material
  • Irrelevant personal attacks
  • Confidential client information
  • Private contact details without justification
  • Unlawful content
  • Intellectual-property infringement

7. Professional Responses

Where the platform allows responses, Professionals may respond to reviews.

Responses must:

  • Remain professional
  • Not expose confidential information
  • Not threaten or intimidate the reviewer
  • Not attempt to manipulate the reviewer improperly

8. Moderation

CONEXI may use reasonable measures to detect suspicious reviews, including:

  • Transaction records
  • Booking records
  • Account activity
  • Automated indicators
  • Reports
  • Manual review

9. Removal

CONEXI may remove, restrict or decline to publish content where it reasonably concludes it breaches this policy.

10. Reporting a Review

Users may report a review by contacting:

Reports should identify the review and explain the suspected breach.

11. Appeals

A reviewer or affected Professional may request reconsideration under the CONEXI Complaints, Disputes & Appeals Policy.

12. Marketplace Content

The same principles of accuracy apply to Professional and Event listings.

Providers must not:

  • Make materially misleading claims
  • Falsely claim qualifications
  • Falsely claim accreditation
  • Impersonate another provider
  • Intentionally publish misleading Event information
