1. Purpose

CONEXI is a professional marketplace intended to support legitimate coaching and professional-development activity.

All users must treat other users professionally and lawfully.

2. Prohibited Activity

CONEXI must not be used for:

• Fraud
• Scams
• Phishing
• Impersonation
• Threats
• Harassment
• Stalking
• Unlawful discrimination
• Malware
• Unlawful access to systems
• Intellectual-property infringement
• Unlawful disclosure of personal information
• Illegal services
• Other unlawful activity

3. Professional Conduct

Users must communicate respectfully.

Disagreement, criticism or a commercial dispute is not itself prohibited.

Conduct may breach this policy where it becomes threatening, abusive, discriminatory, deliberately deceptive or otherwise unlawful.

4. Messaging

CONEXI messaging must not be used for:

• Unsolicited bulk messages
• Unrelated marketing
• Harassment
• Attempts to obtain confidential information improperly
• Fraud
• Ilegal content

5. User-Generated Content

CONEXI may contain user-generated material including:

• Listings
• Reviews
• Messages
• Profile content
• Event content

The presence of content on CONEXI does not necessarily mean CONEXI endorses it.

6. Reporting

Users should report suspected policy breaches, safety concerns or potentially illegal content to:

Reports should include enough information to identify the relevant content, listing, message or account.

7. CONEXI Action

Depending on the seriousness and circumstances, CONEXI may:

• Investigate
• Request additional information
• Restrict content
• Remove content
• Restrict messaging
• Warn a user
• Temporarily suspend an account
• Terminate an account
• Preserve relevant records
• Contact appropriate authorities where legally required or appropriate

8. Urgent Safety Concerns

Where CONEXI reasonably believes immediate action is necessary to protect users or others, action may be taken before completing the normal complaints process.

9. Illegal Content and Online Safety

CONEXI will maintain appropriate processes for assessing and addressing legal obligations applying to user-generated content, messaging, marketplace listings and reviews.

Where applicable, this may include:

• Risk assessment
• Reporting systems
• Complaints handling
• Content moderation
• Record keeping
• Other measures required under UK law

10. Children

CONEXI accounts are intended for adults aged 18 or over.

CONEXI will assess and comply with any additional legal obligations relating to children’s access where applicable.

11. Appeals and Complaints

Where applicable, moderation and account decisions can be challenged using the CONEXI Complaints, Disputes & Appeals Policy.
