CONEXI EVENT ORGANISER TERMS — COMMISSION MODEL

1. Scope

These Terms apply to anyone publishing or selling Events through CONEXI.

2. Independent Organisers

Unless specifically identified as a CONEXI Event, the Event organiser is responsible for organising and delivering the Event.

The organiser is an independent business and not an employee or agent of CONEXi Ltd.

3. Event Listings

Information published on Event listings must be accurate.

This includes, where applicable:

• Event title
• Event type
• Description
• Organiser
• Facilitator
• Date and time
• Delivery format
• Location
• Time zone
• Experience level
• Prerequisites
• Learning outcomes
• Event duration
• Recording availability
• Ticket price
• CCE or professional-development recognition

4. Commission

CONEXI charges commission on paid Event ticket sales made through the platform.

The standard commission is 10%.

The applicable rate must be displayed or otherwise agreed before the organiser offers paid tickets through CONEXI.

5. Free Events

No ticket sales commission applies to a genuinely free Event unless a separate charge has been clearly disclosed and agreed.

6. Commission Calculation

Unless stated otherwise, commission is calculated on the qualifying ticket amount paid through CONEXI.

Payment-processing fees, taxes and other charges will be treated according to the payment arrangements displayed to the organiser.

7. Payouts

Depending upon the CONEXI payment configuration, commission may be:

• Deducted before payout
• Retained from ticket revenue
• Deducted from a marketplace balance
• Recovered through another clearly disclosed method

Payout timing and payment-provider requirements may also apply.

8. Refunds

Organisers agree to comply with CONEXI Event Ticket Cancellation & Refund Policy.

An organiser must not impose Event Terms which provide less protection than the standard CONEXI policy without prior approval.

Organisers may offer more generous cancellation terms.

9. Cancellation by Organiser

If an organiser cancels an Event, affected attendees must receive the refund required under the CONEXI Event Ticket Cancellation & Refund Policy.

The organiser must notify CONEXI promptly.

10. Chargebacks

Where a chargeback or payment dispute arises because of matters attributable to the organiser, CONEXI may recover relevant transaction amounts and reasonable associated payment costs where legally permitted.

11. CCE and Accreditation Claims

Organisers must ensure the accuracy of statements concerning:

• ICF Continuing Coach Education
• Accreditation
• Credential recognition
• Professional-development hours
• Certificates

CONEXI may request evidence supporting these claims.

12. Event Delivery

Organisers must substantially deliver the Event advertised.

Reasonable changes may be made where necessary, but material changes may trigger attendee refund rights under the Event Ticket Cancellation & Refund Policy.

13. Attendee Data

Organisers may use attendee information for legitimate purposes connected with the Event.

Event booking information must not automatically be added to unrelated marketing lists.

Any additional marketing use must comply with applicable privacy and direct-marketing requirements.

14. Prohibited Events

Events must not:

• Be fraudulent
• Contain materially misleading claims
• Promote unlawful activity
• Falsely claim professional recognition
• Infringe third-party rights
• Otherwise breach CONEXI policies

15. Suspension

CONEXI may restrict Event publishing or ticket selling following matters including:

• Repeated cancellations
• Failure to deliver Events
• Unpaid liabilities
• Fraudulent activity
• Materially misleading listings
• Improper accreditation claims
• Serious complaints
• Policy violations

The Complaints Disputes & Appeals Policy applies where relevant.
